Joshua Frye has lived in Williamsville with his wife, Cassie, and their three children (Cameron, Calynn and Cohen) since 2013. Josh and his wife grew up in the area and have called Williamsville "home" for many years. Josh is employed as the Director of People Operations for O’Shea Builders. He is responsible for supporting the organization's strategic plans by building the capabilities of the workforce. Josh holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and completed his undergraduate studies in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Josh is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), while also being certified in DiSC and the Predictive Index, a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), an ATD certified trainer, and a Scrum Master.
